Spirals with chocolate

Spirals with chocolate

Filling:

Put the milk in a saucepan to heat. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, gradually adding the sugar. Sift flour mixed with cocoa over the egg white and mix. The heated milk is incorporated into the cocoa cream and put on the fire. Stir over low heat until thickened. In a hot cream mix a tablespoon of margarine.

It took:

Manual:

In a bowl put 430 g of flour mixed with yeast and a pinch of salt. In the middle of the flour make a hole. Mix the egg with the sugar, warm milk and melted margarine and mix well, then put in the flour pit. Mix with a spoon as much as possible then start kneading.

Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until you get a smooth dough.

The bread machine:

Put the liquid ingredients and salt in the car tank, then the flour, sugar and dry yeast. The machine is set to the kneading + leavening program.

The leavened dough is poured on the floured table, spread in a rectangle 1 cm thick. Spread 2/3 of the cocoa cream on the entire surface. The dough is packed in 3, then folded in 3 forming a small rectangle. Spread with a rolling pin in a rectangle less than about 1.5 cm thick, over which spread the rest of the cream. Now roll and flatten a little. With the help of a thread, cut not too thick rolls. Each roll stretches slightly and twists in the opposite direction forming a spiral.

A large tray is lined with baking paper and the spirals are placed apart. Leave for 20 minutes in a warm place, then grease with egg yolk mixed with 1 tablespoon of milk.

Place the tray on the highest stage of the oven and bake for about 35 minutes (first the temperature is higher, then the minimum). Serve plain or powdered with sugar with 1 glass of warm milk or cocoa milk.

  • 600ml milk
  • 3 yolks

  • cocoa
  • 40g flour (or 20g starch)
  • 120gr sugar
  • 1 vial of vanilla or rum essence

Method of preparation:

Set aside 6 teaspoons of cold milk from the amount of milk used and heat the rest of the milk until it reaches the boiling point, then turn off the heat.

Put the sugar with the yolks in a pot and mix until it foams well, then add over the flour or starch depending on what you choose to use and continue mixing for 1-2 minutes. Add the cold milk, mix, then add the cocoa and mix until all the ingredients are homogeneous.

Pour the hot milk, the broken chocolate as small as possible, and mix well with a whisk. The obtained composition is poured into a non-stick pot and boiled over low heat.

Black chocolate

Dark chocolate is chocolate without added milk solids. Dark chocolate has a more pronounced taste of chocolate than milk chocolate, because it does not contain milk solids to compete with the taste of chocolate. However, the lack of milk additives also means that dark chocolate is more prone to a dry, brown texture and a bitter taste.

The basic ingredients in dark chocolate bars are cocoa beans, sugar, an emulsifier such as soy lecithin to preserve texture and flavors such as vanilla.

Dark chocolate is often differentiated by the percentage of cocoa solids in the bar. The cocoa content of commercial dark chocolate bars can range from 30% (sweet) to 70%, 75% or even over 80% for extremely dark bars. Common terms used to distinguish the cocoa content of dark chocolate bars include sweet, sweet and sweet dark chocolate.

Also known as: Bittersweet chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, sweet sweet chocolate

Spirals with chocolate

Because it has cooled outside, I bring you a recipe that will make you open the oven. Chocolate spirals that will fill the house with the smell of sweet, rosy and fragrant dough. That smell that makes you not want to leave the house, to always have it around. Yes, I say that because I love home-baked leavened dough, whether it's sweet or salty. Homemade bread is another weakness of mine, but we'll talk about it another time. Now let's talk about these simple, fluffy and tasty chocolate spirals with fire. Fast and sophisticated at the same time. A wonder!

It took
600 gr flour
2 eggs
80 gr sour cream
250 ml of milk
50 gr sugar
1 teaspoon salt
13 gr fresh yeast

Filling
30 gr cocoa
50 gr sugar
80 gr butter
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Heat the milk a little over low heat, dissolve the sugar and yeast, then let it rest for 10 minutes.

We sift the flour and in its middle we make a hole. Beat the eggs lightly with a fork and then add the sour cream - be sure to use ingredients at room temperature. If they are cold from the fridge, lightly heat them on the fire.

Put the milk and yeast in the middle of the flour, pour the mixture of eggs and sour cream and start kneading. Add salt and continue kneading until you get an elastic dough, homogeneous, soft but non-sticky. If necessary, add flour or milk. Leave to rise for an hour in a warm place away from currents & # 8211, preferably in a lightly heated oven.

For the filling, proceed as follows. Mix the butter with the sugar until it becomes creamy. Divide the composition in two and in one of them we will put cocoa, in the other the vanilla sugar. Let's put it aside.

After the dough has doubled in volume, we put it on the floured table, we spread it in a rectangular sheet that is not very thin, about 1 cm thick. We spread the soft butter (without cocoa) evenly on the surface of the dough. Fold the dough as in the picture and let it cool for half an hour.

Take the dough out of the fridge and spread it again in a rectangular sheet. We proceed approximately the same as for the puff pastry, but the technique is much simplified. Now grease the dough with butter and cocoa cream. This time we will make a roll. Let it cool for half an hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease with butter 12 forms of muffins (preferably with higher walls)

Take the roll out of the fridge. With a thread, cut 4cm thick spirals, place them in the prepared forms, grease them with yolk and leave them to rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake the spirals for 20-25 minutes until nicely browned. After taking them out of the oven, let them cool for another 10 minutes, then we can serve them with gusto. Enjoy!

Cake recipe poured with cheese and raisins in chocolate

The name of the “molded” face recipe is due to the dough which is slightly smooth and is poured into the tray, but also over the cream cheese, later.

It's a pancake-like dough, but more consistent. Bake, for half the time, first half of the molded dough. Then spread the cream cheese, pour the rest of the dough and continue to bake the cake.

The countertops come out fluffy and with a slightly damp texture.

You can also find on the blog various recipes for molded cake, such as the one with apples, or with pumpkin pie. All are extremely tasty.
