Stuffed zucchini in Crock-Pot slow cooker

Wash the zucchini well, cut into 2 equal pieces, keep a slice from each (to cover after), peel the middle carefully so as not to break.

The minced meat is mixed together with the spices, finely chopped onion and mushrooms cut into small pieces.

Fill each piece of zucchini, put a basil leaf and the zucchini lid.

Place in the Crock-Pot slow cooker bowl, put the box of diced tomatoes, basil leaves, set the High function for 3 hours.
