If the cucumber is organic or from your garden, wash it and grate it with its peel, it tastes better. Put a teaspoon of salt and rub the cucumber a little until the juice comes out of it, but leave it in the strainer for a long time (I do other chores around the house and then go back to the kitchen).

In a bowl pour the yogurt, mash the garlic or grate it, add the cucumbers very well squeezed from the juice, stir a little until smooth, then add the rest of the ingredients (for salt, first try, it may be enough to squeezed cucumbers, if not, then add to taste), you can add a little pepper if you like more spicy.

When ready, put a little olive oil on top, but do not mix.
