Cherry cake

I wanted to make a cake for a 7 year old girl but she preferred the cake and that's why I tried to make the cake with the appearance of a cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 200g old
  • 200g oil
  • 200g apricot nectar with cherries
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • as much flour as it contains to make the composition look like a thicker cream
  • chocolate cherries (chocolate candies)

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


I mixed the 4 eggs well with the sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder

I added the oil, little by little (I also had a helping hand on this cake)

I also added nectar

then I added flour until I was satisfied with the composition (a thicker cream)

I put the composition in the tray covered with baking paper

I put the cherries on top and the chocolates between them and put them in the oven at the right heat

After it cooled down a bit I decorated it with whipped cream to give it a look (only it didn't come out who knows what)

By the way, who knows why whipped cream? in the evening I put it in the cold and in the morning I found it cracked
