Bread with cheese and sausages

- Cut a lid on the bread and scoop it out. The ideal is homemade bread, with a thick and hard crust.

- Mix the grated cheese with the diced sausage ff small, grated onion and crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley (just a few sprigs) and add the mayonnaise as it contains (to bind the ingredients well, to become a creamy paste. Add to the mayonnaise and a spoon. This time I made mayonnaise at home (I put in the blender 1 whole egg, 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt, white pepper, 1 cup of oil and a few drops of vinegar. Mix with the blender for a few seconds until it becomes a mayonnaise thick)

- Fill the hollow bread and put it in the hot oven for about 20 minutes. Then cover with a lid and leave for about 5 minutes.

- Serve with a teaspoon so hot with homemade bread or toast greased with garlic. And do not forget the red wine.
