Potato soup with tarragon

A very popular soup in our country! For her, we put tarragon in vinegar every spring.

  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons vegetables for Kotanyi soup (or carrots, celery and parsnips)
  • 2 potatoes
  • 5 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • tarhon la otet
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 liter of chicken or vegetable soup or 1 cube of Maggi Bouillon

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Potato soup with tarragon:

Onions are cleaned, washed and finely chopped. Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Cook with oil and a little onion water. Add the dried vegetables.

Add the soup, then the potatoes.

Boil for another 10 minutes.

Mix flour with sour cream, mustard and a little water until a paste is obtained. Add the soup, mix, then put in the pot.

Let it boil for 5 minutes on low heat, add salt, pepper and tarragon. Add sour vinegar.
