I received bell peppers and kapia from an acquaintance, which has a large and beautiful garden. The first thought was to bake it for the winter, but being very tasty, the thought took me years ago, my husband's mother was waiting for us on Saturday night with fried chicken and fried peppers.Ehhhhhhhhhh.what a time! No more talking! I tell you they are delicious!

  • 2 kg bell pepper or kapia
  • 200 ml oil for frying
  • 6 cloves of garlic

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Fried peppers - for winter:

Wash the peppers and wipe them with a paper towel and kitchen towel.

Heat a pan in which you put the oil.

When the oil is hot, fry the peppers.

Turn them over so that they are evenly fried.

After frying, remove the peppers in a saucepan covered with a lid.

Leave to cool so we can clean them.

While the peppers are cooling, clean the garlic and prepare a more concentrated sauce.

Peel the peppers and let them cool well in the sauce.

When they have cooled well, take them out of the bowl with the mujdei and portion them, putting them in bags.
