- 100 sweet chilli sauce or 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup
Step by step method
For starters, boil the water for the pasta, and while you are preparing the other ingredients, boil them. After they have boiled, strain them!
Wash the vegetables and cut them into julienne. Also the chicken breast, cut julienne, put in a bowl with the 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt, pepper and starch, mix well.
Heat a wok pan, if you have one, if it is not good and a normal one, add 1-2 tablespoons of oil and fry the chicken breast on the fire quickly, stirring constantly in it so that it does not burn. When it has a golden-brown color, take it down and set it aside in a bowl.
Also in the same pan, hot, add 1-2 tablespoons of oil, vegetables and a little salt and quickly pull in the pan until slightly softened, add the salad, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, meat and pasta and keep the pan on the fire for 1-2 minutes, to combine the tastes. If you use ketchup, add another 100 ml of the water in which they cooked the pasta.
Spicy chicken with Chinese-style vegetables
- 200 g chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Asian or Chinese spices
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
Fry the chicken breast finely chopped in the 3 tablespoons of oil over a high heat in a pan.

Keep on the fire for about 5 minutes. Add the sauces, then the chicken soup. after about 5 minutes of adding the vegetables.

Chinese chicken with vegetables
This would be a personal and personal version of the Chinese chicken with vegetables, which can be made in multiple combinations, depending on what you have in the fridge or what you prefer. In the case of this recipe you need:

Onions, carrots and peppers are cut into juliennes (I gave them through the B & oumlrner grater, they came out the same size) and the mushrooms are drained of juice and if necessary cut into smaller pieces, according to preference (I left them as they came from the jar, for lack of time). Cooking food In a Teflon pan or wok, if you have it, heat a little oil, then harden the carrots and onions. After they have left a little water, add the peppers and mushrooms. After about 5 minutes, when the carrots are about half ready, add the chicken. We want the vegetables and chicken to be ready all at once and the carrots to be crispy. I added a little soy sauce and a frying pan, which together with the water left by the vegetables formed a sauce. Salt and pepper to taste, and near the end add about two cloves of garlic, so that they do not burn, and the chilli.
Instead of chilli, I used pepper paste, which is at least as hot, if not hotter. Taste the spices and if the chicken is ready it can be taken off the heat.
Next to chicken and vegetables, I boiled a little long grain rice, but you can also use rice pasta or you can eat it simple, as such. At the end it looks like this:
If you want, you can add celery, bamboo and even pineapple to the mentioned vegetables for those who like it, with the mention that the pineapple makes it quite sweet. Good appetite!

Lemon sauce make the whole recipe! It is important to find the perfect balance, the taste you like. If you find it too sour, add more sugar, but do not overdo it, so as not to get too sweet a sauce, and the lemon does not feel.
Chinese chicken with lemon sauce is a classic recipe in Chinese cuisine. There are also chicken with orange sauce, and it is sweeter.
We ate Chinese chicken with lemon sauce with fried rice with eggs and vegetables, but you can also accompany it with plain rice, steam cooking, fried rice with eggs or noodles.

I cut the julienne chicken breast. I sprinkled a little salt over the meat. In a bowl I prepared a marinade of water, soy, lemon juice, sugar, Chinese wine.
I put the chicken breast in the marinade, I mixed it so that all the pieces reach it, then I put the dish in the fridge for 30 minutes.
During this time I prepared my wok for frying, then I sifted the flour and starch in a bowl and mixed them with a little salt. After 30 minutes, I put the chicken pieces in starch flour one by one and rolled them until they were well covered with them. I kept the marinade for the final sauce.
I heated the oil in the wok, put the chicken pieces and fried them until they were evenly browned. If the wok is too small, fry them one at a time.
When I finished frying the meat, I poured over this marinade in which I had previously added bee honey and starch and I took care to mix until the starch dissolved.
I stirred quickly in the wok, making sure that all the chicken pieces were smeared with lemon sauce with honey. In a minute I stopped the fire, the sauce showed signs of thickening, then I sprinkled sesame seeds.
I immediately ate the Chinese chicken with lamiae sauce, with fried rice with eggs and vegetables. Chinese food is eaten immediately, when it is ready, it is not as tasty the next day.
