You know what it's like with capricious children, don't you? Could I not have something like that? :))
Well, in desperation (read "inspiration"), I resorted to this idea, trying again to follow the principle of combining what is acceptable and what is not. That's how these cute and tasty vegetable balls were born! Besides, I liked them so much!

  • We need:
  • - 1 medium carrot
  • - a few diced zucchini (about 150 gr)
  • -1/2 medium onion
  • -1/2 bell peppers
  • -natural vegetation
  • -salt, pepper to taste
  • -a little salted sheep cheese (you can use any salted cheese)
  • -pesmet
  • -a little grated cheese for decoration

Servings: 12

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


The preparation of these small vegetable meatballs is very easy and fast: the zucchini cubes are drained (mine were freshly thawed, so they took some time). Meanwhile, grate the carrot finely, and the piece of pepper is broken into several pieces. After the zucchini has drained very well, take all the vegetables, vegeta salt and pepper and put them in a blender, together with the cheese broken into pieces and pass well. The puree obtained is then mixed with a little breadcrumbs to bind the composition (if it is softer, add more breadcrumbs, but it is preferable that they do not have too much water). Form balls that are passed through breadcrumbs, then fry for a few minutes. in oil. hot. Serve hot with a little grated cheese on top.
