We started by mixing the dry ingredients, flour, cocoa, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt, then the liquid ingredients:

Eggs, milk and melted butter are mixed well with a fork in a bowl, then pour over the dry mixed ingredients and mix with a spatula until it becomes a homogeneous dough.

The composition is poured into a rectangular or square tray of 20 cm (the cake will come out high), lined with baking paper and put in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes at 150 degrees C, low heat.

After 50 minutes, remove, test the toothpick, although it will be baked, and leave to cool completely.

Meanwhile, the glaze is made. On the steam bath, put a bowl of liquid cream and the 2 types of chocolate. Stir, then leave to cool.

Glaze the blackberry, leave it for another 10 minutes, then portion it.

Very easy and just as good.



CHOCOLATE BLACK recipe

Classic desserts never go out of style, especially those that remind you of childhood and the taste of home. We thought about what our happiness would be today and we stopped at the famous chocolate blackberry. As simple as it is to prepare, as tasty as it is. Fluffy, with an intense and healthy chocolate taste, it promises to conquer you from the first tasting.

Put in 100 grams of chocolate freezer, for a few minutes, until it hardens well, then add it to the bowl of the food processor or in the mixer, until you get a powder. The remaining 100 grams is chopped with a coarse knife.

The butter kept at room temperature is mixed, together with the essence and the sugar, until a dense foam is obtained.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks, which are gradually added over the butter cream. Mix well and, in the cream thus obtained, add flour, chocolate powder, cocoa and baking powder. Then add the milk.

The egg whites are mixed with a pinch of salt until it becomes strong enough foam. Incorporate into the mixture.

In a tray lined with baking paper, add the composition and bake for about 30 minutes.

For the chocolate icing, melt the chocolate in a steam bath, add milk, gradually, until you get the desired consistency and pour over the cake.
