Boil the chicken breast in water. Froth the meat, then add the cleaned onion. Leave it whole. When the meat is cooked, remove it and let it cool a bit. Add the carrot, parsnip and celery or cut into cubes be put on a grater. Cover with a lid and let it boil. After the meat has cooled, cut / break the pieces and add them back to the pot. Put the diced potatoes. Let them boil. When the potatoes are almost cooked , remove the onion and add the rice.
After all the vegetables have boiled, add the salt soup. The cream is mixed with the yolks, greens and lemon juice to taste. pan off the heat and add the sour cream composition. Then put again and leave for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and cover with a lid until serving.
