Mix the flour with the dry ingredients.

Separately in a bowl mix the yolk with water.

Pour over the flour composition, add butter and lard and mix well. Wrap the coca in cling film and let it cool for about 1 hour

Divide the crust into equal pieces and spread in a circle.

Bake for about 20 minutes to brown a little.
