Mix eggs with a pinch of salt until they double in volume. Then add the milk and vanilla and then the flour and mix until they are no longer lumpy.
Add mineral water and mix until you get a creamy dough.
Grease a pan with a little oil and pour in the pancake batter. Bake the pancake on both sides. Do the same until you cook all the dough.
Then prepare the filling:
Heat the milk with the honey and sugar. Remove from the heat and add the walnuts, coconut and spices. Stir until smooth.
Grease each pancake with a tablespoon of filling and roll.
For the chocolate sauce, melt the chocolate together with 2 tablespoons of milk.
Powder with sugar and serve with chocolate sauce.
