Top margarine. We cut the sheets into squares. grease each square grease with melted margarine. Sprinkle the ground walnuts on the entire surface of the square. Then roll the wire type. After I rolled the first wire I wrapped the wire in a sheet. Put them in a tray greased with margarine or lined with baking paper. 30-35 minutes, over medium heat, until nicely browned on top.
Meanwhile, prepare the syrup.
Boil water with sugar and honey. Lemon juice, grated peel and vanilla sugar in about 10 minutes. When ready, the "sarmalute" is soaked with the prepared syrup. The syrup in the baklava will be absorbed very quickly.
Sprinkle crushed walnuts on top. It is very good, it looks a lot like Turkish baclava, in general they put pistachios on top but I didn't have it. It's worth a try.
