Dessert pear cake with bananas

Grease the pan with butter (I used a tart pan) add the brown and white sugar.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into 4 pieces. Place in a tray and add the banana slices.

Put the tray in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until it caramelizes easily.

Meanwhile, mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and mix until it becomes a glossy meringue, add the yolks and simmer until smooth.

Sift the flour with the spices to taste, mix with a spatula with light movements from bottom to top.

Remove the tray from the oven, add the almonds and pour the dough over it.

Put the tray in the oven for about 20 minutes (we test with the toothpick) at 180 degrees.

Let it cool for about 5 minutes in the pan and then turn it over on a plate.
