Apple cake

An easy recipe, to everyone's liking!

  • sheets:
  • 3 yolks
  • 1 packet of butter 250gr
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 3 cups flour (approximately 500gr flour)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • Filling:
  • 8-10 apples
  • 5-6 tablespoons sugar
  • cinnamon powder
  • 20gr butter

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Apple cake:

Put the 3 cups of flour, make a hole in the middle, melt the butter a little (I melt it in the microwave) and put it in the middle, add the sugar and vanilla sugar and mix a little with a spoon, add the yogurt, sour cream, yolks , and baking soda (quenched with a little lemon juice) mix everything until it becomes a harder crust. If needed, you can add more flour. Separate the dough into 2 parts. Grate the apples on the large side and heat them in a pan with a little butter (without squeezing the juice), add the sugar and cinnamon to taste. Or you can make it with cheese (about 300gr of cheese we mix with a yolk, sugar and vanilla sugar and cinnamon). Put the first sheet in a 1-2 cm thick tray and prick it with a fork, put the grated apple or cheese and wrap with the second sheet, which we also prick with the fork all the way down. Bake until golden.
