Preheat the oven.

Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they froth, add 3 of the 6 tablespoons of sugar and continue beating until the foam hardens.

Separately, in another bowl, beat the yolks with the other 3 tablespoons of sugar. Then add over the egg whites and beat together. Now add the baking powder, flour and mix with a spoon from bottom to top, to stay fluffy.

The composition is divided into 3 parts and mixed in different bowls adding in each one what flavors we want. I put in the first bowl: cocoa, in the second: part of the simple composition, and in the third I added the juice from the rose jam, but because the jam syrup tends to give a touch of gray dough, I added a few drops of red food coloring.

In a round tray, on a baking sheet, place first the cocoa part, then the jam part, and then the simple white part, combining according to your imagination. You can use a teaspoon to create shapes and patterns. I was inspired by the face of the moon, trying to create those craters :)

Add from time to time the small pieces of rose shit or any other favorite flavor, but also orange peel. Sprinkle white chocolate flakes and a tablespoon of ground walnuts on top.

Bake at the right heat until golden, about 40 minutes.

Serve cold, can be powdered with sugar.

Good appetite!

8 Corn recipes you should eat this month

When corn ears spill into your grocery store or farmers market, these are the foods you’ll want to make sure you cook. The season will not last too long, hurry up and prepare these ten recipes or you will have to wait until next year.

If you've never had corn like this, then you really miss it. The juicy cakes are first arrived with some keel, onion and spices, before being lightly mixed to their delicious perfection. Start with canyon, cheese and powdered chili to complete the recipe. There are so many flavors at play, but they still compliment each other wonderfully.

The traditional succotash product is not made with edamame, but you will be surprised at how big it fits. Plus it's a great protein supplement to your succotash.

Some of the best meals are created from leftovers. This celebrated lunch came to the existence of the remaining succota, now I make sure that it is enough to eat the next day.

When I was growing up, my mother often put slices of fresh and boiled corn in her soups. I liked the challenge of pounding in the hot cores while trying not to burn my mouth.

When you add fresh corn to the pot, it adds flavor just like the carrots or celery that are added to build the broth. Corn gives a slight sweetness that only enhances any other ingredients entering the soup bowl.

This is another childhood favorite of mine. The vegetables are salted until tender and can be served as a plate for any kind of meat or fish. But if you're like me, you'll want to eat on your own.

One of the best things about this recipe is that you can add any fresh chili peppers to the pan, and thus give the vegetables a different twist depending on the pepper.

Mexican zucchini and corn toasted Jalapeno fried rice Makes a wonderful breakfast.

When I make the recipe for zucchini and corn on top, I always make sure I make extra so I can have leftovers for breakfast. As in the succotash recipe above (number 4), a fried egg on top gives you a completely different meal. Don't forget to add extra hot peppers and some shredded cheese.

If you like good stew, you'll owe it to Diana Rattray. There are chicken, beans, jalapeños, corn and many other flavor-packed ingredients. She also suggests serving with some corn now that sounds scrumptious!

In this delicious recipe by Dora Villarosa, she went all the way to grilled corn to a whole new level of delight. As she states: "When the corn is grilled, a depth of smoke is added to its sweetness." To this sweet-sweet combination add a heat stain with cayenne, then finish the corn with a citrus touch. The recipe is so easy that I can see it becoming one of your favorites.
