Loboda soup

Heat the oil in a soup pot, add the finely chopped onion and leave it until it becomes glassy, ​​add sliced ​​celery, carrots and parsley root cut for the soup, peeled tomatoes and cut into large cubes. Put 2-3 tablespoons of soup and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the soup and leave it on the fire until the vegetables are cooked. Wash the loboda, cut it into larger pieces and put it in the soup, let it boil for another 10 minutes, add the noodles, borscht as much as we want sour. Let it boil until the noodles are cooked, add salt, turn off the heat and add finely chopped parsley and celery leaves.
