Easter with chocolate

ready dough-sift flour, make a hole in the middle, add sugar, margarine, salt, egg and yeast dissolved with a little warm water. Stir and start kneading, gradually adding water until a non-sticky crust forms. Leave to rise for 20 minutes.

Filling-Beat the egg whites with the sugar and then add the whipped cream. Mix the cottage cheese with the yolks, essence, vanilla sugar, flour, cocoa and pour over the egg white composition. Mix well and add melted chocolate.

Spread the dough in a tray (with removable ring) lined with baking paper and pour the filling over it. Bake over medium heat until it passes the toothpick test. After, let it cool for 1 hour, take it out of the pan and we can serve
