I was born after this date, but at my mother's or grandmother's house, birthdays, holidays, ad-hoc parties were never missed, just because there was nothing left to eat. One of those appetizers that are still cooked in our home on any occasion are eggs filled with liver pate, which are as good as they sound. Tasty and full of nutritional qualities, these appetizers are excellent at parties or for Sunday brunches when you wake up late and want to pamper yourself with something good.

Mix everything very well, until you get a fine, creamy mixture. If you want more, you can add another 30-50 grams of butter. At this time, the whole composition is relatively soft.

Separately in a bowl put the previously removed egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of mustard, salt, a nutmeg powder, pepper and the liver pate previously prepared. Mix well.

They fill up whites with this cream with a teaspoon and put in the refrigerator. In an hour they sound perfect to eat. You can decorate them with dill or parsley leaves, chopped olives, cucumbers, sour donuts or anything else that dictates your imagination.
