Apple cake

We peel the apples, after they have been washed. Grate them on a grater with large holes and put them in the pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and sugar. Temper until soft. Add cinnamon and essence.

Put in a bowl, water, oil, sugar, baking powder, essence, a pinch of salt and cinnamon and mix well. Add 3 cups of flour, mix well, then knead with the 2 cups. It will be a softer dough that will no longer stick to the bowl. Divide the dough in half. We spread a sheet not very thin but not thick, we put it in a tray greased and lined with faience. ATTENTION !! (my tray is almost as long as a normal oven tray but about half as narrow. Be careful to orient yourself, not to put it in the normal oven tray because the glue will come out :)))

We put the apple composition on top of the sheet, and on top of the other sheet. Put in the oven over medium heat until nicely browned on top. Powdered with vanilla-flavored powdered sugar
