Salad soup

If it is fresh salami, we can also put a good soup !!!
For this soup, I was inspired by Spanish fish soups.

  • 600 gr pieces of fresh salt
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 slice of celery
  • 1 large tomato
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 serious bite of saffron [as much as you can take between your fingers]
  • 1 teaspoon chopped and dried Italian herbs [Basil, oregano, thyme, tarragon, mint, sage.]
  • 1 teaspoon smoked sweet paprika
  • 1 lemon - juice and a little grated peel
  • Chopped green parsley
  • salt

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Salad soup:


  1. Clean and wash the vegetables.

  2. Finely chop the onion and celery. Carrots are cut in half into rounds.

  3. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Rosia chops finely.

  4. Lightly sauté the onion, carrot and celery in olive oil.

  5. Pour 2 l of hot water on top, put the bay leaf.

  6. When it boils, prepare the potatoes and tomatoes.

  7. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Rosia chops finely.

  8. Add them to the pot. Salt and season with paprika, saffron and Italian herbs.

  9. When the vegetables are almost penetrated, put the washed fish pieces.

  10. Reduce the intensity of the cooking so that the pieces of fish do not crumble.

  11. Grate a little lemon peel. Use only the yellow part. The white one gives the food bitterness.

  12. Sour to taste with lemon juice.

  13. When serving, sprinkle with green parsley.
