Appetizer stuffed eggs

A tasty appetizer that perfectly complements a plate of festive appetizers.

  • 1 avocado
  • 2-3 sprigs of green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer stuffed eggs:

First we boil eggs for 12-14 minutes from the moment the water starts to boil. The egg yolk must be strong.

After they have boiled, peel them and cut them in half.

Put the yolks, 1 avocado, sour cream, chopped green onions, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix with the vertical mixer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture becomes a paste. Add the lemon juice and fill the egg whites with this paste.
