But what if we find some bacon in the fridge, something, a piece of smoked meat and a little cheese that is really good to laugh at? Eh, then you can make this recipe for french fries with ham and cheese, which my husband ordered for dinner and breakfast.

For this recipe, potatoes are used that are poorer in starch, so that they have a hold and do not crumble during cooking. You will also need a few eggs, an onion, a piece of bacon, or any smoked meat you have, ham, sausages, etc. You will need some grated cheese, sour cream and about 2 raw eggs. Salt, pepper, I don't need to tell you anymore, do I?

Then I threw in a pan some sliced ​​smoked meat, I used bacon, and a finely chopped onion.
