I wanted to surprise my husband with something new after so many heavier meat dishes, that is, with fat, the conclusion, I really succeeded.

  • 1 house rabbit
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 2 red capsicums
  • 300g broccoli
  • 150g celery
  • 2 large onions
  • a few threads that fresh thyme
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 250-300ml dry white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sweet Boya

RECIPE PREPARATION Rabbit steak on the tray:

I cleaned the vegetables and cut them bigger, placing them on the entire surface of the tray. On top I placed the rabbit, which I cut into three larger pieces, and after I washed it well and it drained of water. I put the spices, pepper, salt, thyme and paprika, I also put the wine and on top of all I put the oil. I preheated the oven to 180 degrees and put the tray with the steak for an hour and thirty minutes, during which time it was browned on both sides, taking care to keep turning the steak and mixing the vegetables. I served the steak with vegetables with the sauce from the tray and a good Romanian white wine.
