  • 5 chicken hammers
  • 500g frozen peas
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • green dill
  • 1 jar of tomato juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons of oil
  • salt pepper

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken pea dish:

-heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and brown the chicken hammers. When they have taken on a pleasant, golden color, we take them out of the pan and keep them warm;

- in the same oil, heat the onion (finely chopped) until it becomes glassy, ​​then add the carrots (cut into rounds) and let it cook together for a few more minutes;

-Put the hammers over the onions and carrots, add the peas, add a little water and tomato juice and simmer until the meat and peas boil and the sauce decreases;

-at the end add the finely chopped dill and season with salt and pepper!
