Grease the cake trays with a little oil, including the side walls and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Leave it waiting.
Cut the cabbage into pieces or chop it finely, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of salt, stir a little without kneading and set aside for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, put a pot of water on the fire when the water boils, add the squeezed cabbage and leave for 15-20 minutes on the right heat until it becomes transparent and soft.
Drain and cool in a strainer.
Put the slices of bread soaked in cold water.
Go through the meat grinder, both the squeezed bread and the drained and squeezed cabbage again.
Mix in a bowl the mince together with eggs, cheese, salami, semolina, red pepper and dill seasoned with salt, pepper to taste and mix well.
Fill the cake trays in half with the mixture obtained, place the mozzarella slices in the middle, line the tray, and put the rest of the composition.
Spread the butter pieces on top.
Place in the preheated oven, for about 30 minutes, at 180 degrees or until a golden crust forms at the top.
Remove the trays, sprinkle the grated cheese evenly and bake again for another 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and nicely browned.
Remove on a grill and punch with a knife the cheese crust, before it hardens, marking the future slices.
Leave to cool in the pan, then turn over on a plate.

Serve sliced, either hot or cold, plain or sprinkled with sour cream.


We start by sifting the flour in a bowl and add the poppy seeds, finely grated Parmesan cheese, salt and cumin. Mix them well, then break an egg on top and add the cold butter, cut into smaller cubes. Knead all these ingredients quickly, with your fingertips. The result will be a dough that is not very firm, but non-sticky.

Cover the dough for salted biscuits with fresh foil and let it cool for an hour. After this interval, sprinkle a little flour on the work table and spread the dough in a sheet 4-5 mm thick. With the help of special shapes, we cut the biscuits and place them in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake the delicious appetizer biscuits with parmesan and poppy seeds for 12-15 minutes, in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.

On the side with leurda put the jumari, bacon and drum cut into small pieces. Also here is put the urda mixed with dill. On the other half of the plate, place the sliced ​​tomatoes, the peppers cut as small as possible and the diced sheep's cheese.

Between them are put onion and garlic threads. At the end, add salt and pepper to the vegetables, to taste. All these dishes go great with a glass of tuica and home-made potato bread.
