Tex-Mex chicken roll

I'm not done with the holiday recipes yet. I look closely at the recipes and there are many that I don't get to make often and I'm not happy that I can try as many as possible and get my children used to a gastronomic diversity. It doesn't seem to them that we eat monotonously!

  • 1 kg of minced chicken
  • 2 green peppers (dark green because they have more flavor), cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (or fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chemistry
  • 3 sheets of pie (as many as I have left)

Servings: 1

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Tex-Mex chicken roll:

Mix all ingredients.

Put the oiled sheets in the mold, I used a silicone one and I didn't grease it.

Introduce the meat mixture.

Wrap in pie sheets.

Grease with a little oil.
