We clean the fruits and cut them into small pieces. In a bowl beat eggs with sugar and oil until foamy. Add the yogurt, flour and baking powder. We continue to mix well with a bottom-up target. Prepare a square tray that we grease with butter and sprinkle with flour or put baking paper. We put half of the composition and then form a layer with fruit and on top of the rest of the composition. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °.
Put a pot of water on the fire, a bowl of chocolate and butter on top and melt them on a steam bath and leave to cool.
When the cake is ready and has cooled, cut it into squares and decorate with chocolate on top.
Nectarine and chocolate cake - Recipes
900 g of nectarines
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
For the crumbly layer
230 gr flour
100 gr butter
100 gr brown sugar
100 gr pieces of chocolate
1. Wash the nectarines, cut them in half and then remove the seeds. We cut them into slices and place them in a heat-resistant form. Pour lemon juice and brown sugar on top.
2. To prepare the top layer, proceed as follows: put the flour in a large bowl and add the butter. Knead the butter and flour with your fingertips, until the mixture becomes like bread crumbs. Then add the sugar and the chocolate pieces.
3. Place the composition over the nectarines, spreading it lightly with a fork. Put the pot in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, at the right heat, until the composition begins to turn copper.
4. Remove the cake from the oven and serve hot with vanilla cream, whipped cream or fresh cottage cheese. We served it with vanilla cream.
