The chicken legs are cleaned, washed and divided in two. They are boiled in a pot with water and salt. After boiling, pour the water and replace it with another, but warm. Meanwhile, chop the onion and fine pepper and put them in the pot. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and simmer for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, add the finely chopped tomatoes (or 2 tablespoons of broth). At the end we add 100 ml of white wine and finely chopped garlic.
