- 400 g pasta
- Red onion
- red bell peppers
- black olives
- balsamic vinegar to taste
- pink Hymalaia salt

RECIPE PREPARATION Salad with pasta and vegetables:
Put the pasta to boil, according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into halves. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes. Cut the red onion into juliennes.
Strain the pasta, put it under a stream of cold water and let it drain well.
In a larger bowl, place the pasta and chopped vegetables. Add salt and balsamic vinegar to taste and mix well. Sprinkle with a little olive oil.
It is decorated with black olives, oregano and grated cheese.
You can add other vegetables: radishes, broken lettuce, etc.
