Poured vegetable soup

We clean and wash all the vegetables. Cut the fried onion and put it in a pot in which I added 2 tablespoons of oil. We add a little water.

We cut large pieces and the rest of the vegetables. Now put in the pot all the vegetables except the zucchini and potatoes, add the vegetables and approx. 3.5 liters of water and let it boil.

When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the zucchini, potatoes and salt to taste if needed, then let it boil for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the molds: in a bowl, mix the eggs with the salt, then add the flour gradually and mix continuously so that no lumps form. The composition should have the consistency of a thicker cream.

Before adding the pours to the pot, turn the heat to low or set the pot aside and add the pours.

We put the composition in a bag and cut it at one end, then we pour it from place to place in the pot.

Put the pot back on low heat and let it boil for approx. Ten minutes.

At the end I sprinkled the fresh parsley.
