Russian potato pudding

An adaptation of the country pie that I saw at Ruxy and which was a great success with the little ones.

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g of bellows cheese
  • 200 gr sour cream
  • salt, pepper to taste

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Russian potato pudding:

Boil the potatoes in their skins. When they are cooked, take them off the heat and put them in cold water.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes.

In a bowl, mix eggs with sour cream and bellows cheese.

Add the potatoes, mix lightly and place in a greased tray. I used a form of silicone cake and skipped this step.

Bake for about 40 minutes.
