Mini pancakes with sour cream

How to prepare strawberry sauce:

I used 200 g of frozen strawberries. I made a cake and I had two tablespoons left for the composition of the pancakes. We pass the strawberries. In a small pot put the strawberries over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

How to prepare pancakes:

Melt the butter. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, vanilla sugar and salt powder). Mix the 2 eggs with the milk, vanilla essence and melted butter. Pour the liquid mixture over the mixture with the dry ingredients. Mix. Add the 2 tablespoons of strawberry sauce or the 2 tablespoons of jam. Grease the pancake pan with a napkin soaked in oil. This is what we must do after each pancake. With a polish we pour a little composition in the middle of the pan. We make mini pancakes. Leave the pancake for about 1 minute, and then turn it over.

Sour cream:

In a bowl, mix the cream with the butter kept at room temperature for about 2 minutes until incorporated. Add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence and 40 ml of milk. Leave the cream for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Pour the cream over the pancakes and we can serve. Good appetite!
