Today I give you the recipe of walnuts biscuits, simple but very tasty biscuits of shortcrust pastryto enriched with this dried fruit that I love. The recipe is easy and fast enough, it will be enough to prepare only a quick dough, give it the shape of balls and enrich them with walnut kernels just before baking them. A bit like when you put the icing on the cake even if the nuts here radically change the flavor of the cookies, making them particularly tasty!

How to make walnut biscuits
Start working the butter, sugar, egg and honey.
Add the flour and start working again forming a compact dough.
From the mixture obtained, form many balls that you will place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Cook at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
