Recipe Lemon Chicken Breast of of 22-11-2007 [Updated on 16-04-2018]
The other night talking to friends came out the lemon chicken breast that I had never experienced and therefore, having chicken breast in the fridge, I thought it best to prepare it with lemon instead of roasted (the roasted chicken breast is not just gets off). The result was excellent, the chicken breast escalopes with lemon were very soft and fragrant.
How to make lemon chicken breast
Brush the chicken breasts with the lemon juice.
Put some flour on a plate and pass the chicken breasts to flour them well.
Heat 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan with a sprig of rosemary and, when hot, place the floured chicken breasts.
Brown the chicken breasts on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
As soon as the chicken breasts are well browned, lift them and set them aside on a plate.
Add the lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of flour and 3/4 of the grated lemon peel to the pan.
Mix everything with a wooden spoon to form a smooth and homogeneous sauce (if necessary add a little water to dissolve the flour).
Place the chicken breasts again and cook for a couple of minutes in the lemon sauce.
Serve the lemon-flavored chicken breasts with their sauce and a grated lemon on each chicken breast.
