How to make savory rice cake
Put rice, milk and salt in a saucepan over the heat.
Cook for 15 minutes and let cool.
Then add the eggs, stracchino, parmesan and nutmeg.
Separately, prepare the crazy dough by combining flour, water, oil and salt.
Knead until you get a homogeneous dough.
Then roll out the dough, with a rolling pin, on a floured work surface.
Transfer it into a mold lined with parchment paper.
Pour the rice mixture into it.
Fold the edges inwards and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
