Celery with Parmesan recipe of 03-03-2020
The celery with parmesan it is a very tasty but above all very original side dish. In fact, celery is generally one of the least appreciated and valued vegetables, used mostly to flavor broths and sautéed, rather than as a vegetable in itself. Recently, however, I rediscovered it, so, after having appreciated it in the form of meatballs and velvety, here is a nice side dish based on celery, simply flavored with a little parmesan. How to make parmesan celery
Put a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil.
Meanwhile, clean the celery and cut it into chunks (set the leaves aside and use them for other preparations).
When the water boils, add the celery and cook it for about 10 minutes or until it is soft enough but still firm, then drain it.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the celery and let it season for a few minutes with salt and pepper, turning it often.
When cooked, add the Parmesan cheese.
The celery with parmesan is ready, you can serve it hot or warm.
