Recipe Mushrooms with bechamel of of 09-10-2019
THE béchamel mushrooms they are a truly rich side dish, perfect for the cold season. Simple and quick to prepare, I'll reveal a trick: you can also use them as a sauce for pasta, or even to fill a rustic pizza or lasagna! Creamy and tasty, they are the most delicious evolution of the classic and best known sautéed mushrooms. The bechamel I prepared is enriched with Parmesan, to give an even tastier touch to the dish. How to make bechamel mushrooms
First of all, clean the mushrooms: cut the underside, earthy, of the stem, then clean them with a damp cloth.
Then cut them into slices.
Let them dry in a pan for a few minutes, with a drop of oil and the lightly crushed garlic.
Meanwhile, prepare the béchamel: melt the butter in a saucepan with the flour, then add the milk and bring to the boil, finally add the Parmesan and nutmeg.
Once you have a not too thick béchamel, add it to the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper and add, if you like, a little chives.
Béchamel mushrooms are ready, serve them as a side dish or use them for your recipes.
