How to make Kiwi Cake
Peel the kiwis and cut them into fairly thick slices.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar until they are foamy.
Then pour in the oil and continue to whip.
Prepare flour, baking powder and grated lemon peel.
Add them to the bowl and knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Pour the mixture into the greased and floured mold and place the slices of kiwi in a radial pattern.
