Thermomix biscuits recipe by of 20-05-2015 [Updated on 04-09-2018]
The big biscuits are ideal for breakfast. decidedly better than the original ones, the biscuits can be made with the Thermomix following my recipe.
How to make biscuits with the thermomix
Put flour, sugar, yeast, milk, egg, oil and vanilla essence in the jug, and mix for 30 sec. at vel. 5.
Collect the crumbs from the edges with a spatula, then mix for another 30 sec. at vel 5.
Divide the pastry into 18-20 pieces and give it an elongated shape.
Put some sugar on a plate and pass the biscuits into it.
Then arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, not too close to each other.
Cook for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Let them cool before serving.
