How to make rocket and feta melon skewers
Cut the melon in half.
Eliminate the seeds, then with an ice cream spoon make many balls from the pulp.
As you prepare them, place the melon balls on a plate.
Clean the rocket and cut the feta into cubes.
Then start preparing the skewers.
Alternate on each skewer a couple of rocket leaves, a melon ball, a cube of feta.
Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
