The liquorice parfait is a recipe that dates back to some time ago, you can find it in my second book, Misya's menus. I had thought of this single-portion semifreddo dessert to end a nice summer dinner, and since we are now in the season finale, the liquorice parfait that's just what it takes. Also considered an excellent digestive, licorice in the kitchen is used in many recipes. There is certainly no shortage of gods licorice sweets, including this of the semifreddo of course, or that of one licorice cake (next thing I'll test). How to make liquorice semifreddo
Melt the licorice powder in a saucepan with the hot milk.
Then pour it into a bowl with the sugar and the yolk and mix everything.
Then whip the cream and add it gently into the bowl until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer the mixture obtained into the silicone molds.
Put them in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Your liquorice parfait is ready to be served.
