In this video recipe, the first one that I make in an amateur way with the help of my husband, after the exciting experience of the 10 web-series made a few months ago in collaboration with a modern woman, I will explain in detail how to prepare the pizzas of the bar. I chose this recipe as I am particularly fond of it, being the first one I posted on the blog and the first that gave me so much satisfaction.
How to make pizza in the bar
To prepare the bar pizzas you will need to place the flour in a bowl, making a hollow in the center, in which you will put the yeast, sugar and water at room temperature. Begin to knead until an elastic dough is obtained, to which you will add the softened butter, oil and salt. Transfer the dough to a pastry board and knead it for a long time to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough that you will roll into a ball and leave to rise for 2 hours inside the previous container. After the useful time, with the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm. Then with the help of a glass, "cut out" many small circles and arrange them on an oiled baking sheet. In the meantime, mash the peeled tomatoes and flavor them with oil, salt and basil and season the pizzas. Then bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. After 5-7 minutes, open the oven and arrange the diced fiordilatte on the pizzas and cook for the remaining time. Take out and serve your pizzas from the bar, ideal for a snack, a birthday party or a buffet.
