How to make wurstel and potatoes omelette
First, boil the potato for about 30 minutes (so that it is almost completely cooked), then peel it and cut it into small pieces.
In the meantime, cut the smoked cheese into small pieces and the frankfurters into slices.
Lightly beat the eggs with the salt, then add the potatoes, sausage and cheese and mix gently.
Pour the mixture into the mold lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C in a preheated convection oven.
The frittata wurstel and potatoes is ready, serve it hot or warm.
