How to make a chocolate and sour cherry tart

Prepare the cocoa shortcrust pastry
In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, powdered sugar and baking powder, then make a hole in the center and add the butter cut into chunks.

Work the dough with your fingertips until crumbly, then add an egg yolk and an egg

Mix the dough quickly until it forms a ball. Then place the cocoa shortcrust pastry, wrapped in cling film, in the fridge for 30 minutes

Take back the pastry, roll it out and line a greased tart mold with it. Then prick the base, cover with parchment paper and teaspoons and bake at 180 °

During the last few minutes of cooking, remove the parchment paper

Then let it cool and garnish with the whipped cream

Decorate with black cherries and chocolate chips and serve
