Prepare the shortcrust pastry.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a floured pastry board. Cover the heart-shaped single-portion molds with the shortcrust pastry.
Prick the bottom of the pastry and bake at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the Philadelphia and chocolate cream.
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
In a bowl mix the Philadelphia with the sugar. Once the chocolate has cooled, add it to the Philadelphia cream.
Mix everything until it forms a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Add a couple of crumbled biscuits to the mixture and stuff the shortcrust pastry hearts. Decorate with heart-shaped sugars and serve.
