The recipe for making the drops is perhaps the most appropriate of all the author's fakes that I have prepared in recent years, I did not imagine I could get cookies so similar to the original drops and it was a great satisfaction for me. Even the shape I managed quite well, so much so that as soon as Elisa saw them she immediately recognized them as drops and ran to take a couple to put in the snack bag, tender! The recipe of the drops from which I started, gave cocoa butter as an ingredient, which I replaced with the same amount of white chocolate, then I added a little cocoa to give "color" and a little yeast mixed with bicarbonate to give the desired friability, in short, a more than successful experiment. After posting the photo on Facebook, many of you asked me for the recipe, so I raced to transcribe everything and upload the photos, now you just have to test the recipe yourself and let me know what you think. A kiss and we'll read later: *
How to make drips
Work the slightly softened butter with the icing sugar.
Once you have a cream, add the egg and vanilla.
Then add the melted chocolate and cocoa and mix.
Finally add flour, starch, baking powder and bicarbonate.
Knead until you get a homogeneous dough. Then wrap it in plastic wrap and put it to rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Take back the dough and add a little chocolate chips into the dough. Then form biscuits with floured hands which you will give a shape of drips. add the dark chocolate chips to the surface, then place the cookies on a baking sheet.
Bake the cookies at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
Let it cool before serving.
