Salmon lasagna is a tasty and delicate first course at the same time, prepared with fresh egg lasagna, béchamel, parmesan and salmon. They are perfect as a more refined alternative to the more classic lasagna and ideal to bring to the table on holidays such as Christmas, New Year and Valentine's Day: P
To make this dish you can choose to use smoked salmon or steamed fillets or blanch the fresh salmon yourself and then reduce it into cubes.
I admit that it was the first time I tried my hand at this dish and I wasn't sure if it could meet my tastes and instead ... I promoted theSalmon lasagne with full marks;)

How to make salmon lasagna
In a saucepan with salted water and a tablespoon of oil, sear the lasagna for 1 minute.
As you lift them, place them on a clean cloth to dry.
Also prepare the bechamel (recipe here).
Prepare the salmon by dividing it into small pieces.
At this point, make up the lasagna starting with a layer of bechamel on the bottom.
Then cover with the sheets of lasagna, more bechamel, salmon and parmesan.
Repeat the steps concluding at the end with lasagna, bechamel and grated parmesan.
Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
Your salmon lasagna is ready to be brought to the table.
