There pasta with anchovies it is a quick, cheap and very tasty first course to prepare. In this recipe you will find a delicious sauce made with yellow cherry tomatoes, garlic, oil, chilli pepper, and basil, obviously accompanied by pasta with fresh anchovies. I loved this first course already at the sight and at the first bite I confirmed my feeling of good; P

How to make pasta with anchovies
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Also clean the anchovies, opening them. If you don't know how to do it, follow the guide.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile, in a large pan, brown the garlic clove and the chilli pepper with the oil.
Then add the anchovies and turn them after a few minutes.
Now add the cherry tomatoes, capers, basil, salt and a ladle of pasta cooking water if necessary.
Drain the pasta al dente and transfer it to the pan.
Stir again, leave to flavor a few minutes and add even more basil.
Your pasta with anchovies is ready to be served.
